SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT

Jeff Stein was named Senior Vice President of Corporate Development in September 2025, having previously served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Affairs since joining the company in January 2024. In his current role, Mr. Stein leads Casella’s business development (M&A) and real estate development teams, overseeing the project pipeline to drive profitable growth and operational excellence. As a member of the senior leadership team, he bridges strategy and execution to shape the company’s expansion. Prior to joining Casella, Mr. Stein was a Partner at the international law firm WilmerHale, where he spent four decades advising high-growth companies in the technology and environmental sectors, working with Casella since 1996. Mr. Stein holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. summa cum laude in Economics from Amherst College.
